Georgia Southern BUILD program wraps up 13th year of community service
Recently, 82 incoming freshmen at 橘子视频 participated in the 2019 Building Undergraduate Involvement in Leadership Development (BUILD) program, coordinated by the Office of Leadership and Community Engagement (OLCE). The students performed 2,480 hours of community service throughout the program.

Museum on Main Otis Redding exhibit to showcase Georgia Southern students鈥� work
Another chapter of the connection between Redding, the University and Statesboro will begin with the new exhibit, “Beyond the Spotlight: Otis Redding His Family, Music, and Legacy,” at the Museum on Main inside the Statesboro Convention and Visitors Bureau (SCVB). The opening reception will be held at 5:30 p.m. on May 6.

The 2019 Southeast Conference on Positive Behavior Interventions (PBIS) and Support will be held June 3 through 5, featuring five strands of targeted, evidence-based training for schools and school districts at each stage of the PBIS implementation process. Georgia Southern IT students to host night of gaming, computer networking
The 橘子视频 Department of Information Technology (IT) is hosting TekLAN 46 Friday from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. throughout the IT building. Put on each semester by IT students, the event includes gaming, board games, movies, coding and networking, both on the computer and socially.
